No Big Deal
An Anticipated Simulated Retrospective
October – November 2021, Konstfrämjandet Karlstad
No Big Deal is a solo exhibition by Ludivine Thomas-Andersson presented for the first time at the Konstfrämjandet Värmland gallery in Karlstad (SWE) in October 2021. This exhibition offers visitors the opportunity to discover a non-exhaustive retrospective of the artist’s works for the last 10 years, plus a few works not yet produced. As the artist likes to say, this is an anticipated retrospective, that is, one that she would like to see happen in the future. All these works are reproductions made in the form of models at a scale of 1:24 and grouped together in 4 removable and transportable «museum-boxes». The models are accompanied by a selection of original works that line the walls of the gallery as well as an immersive virtual tour of the models produced in collaboration with her husband Benny Andersson.
